Why should I exhibit at the ISPA Conference & Expo?

Does my company have to be a member of ISPA to exhibit at the ISPA Conference & Expo?

With the rescheduling of the ISPA Conference & Expo to May at the Phoenix Convention Center, will the Expo floor plan remain the same?

ISPA is currently evaluating the floor plan to determine what changes may need to be made to account for necessary distancing considerations. Once finalized, the updated floor plan will be sent to confirmed exhibitors and made available on attendispa.com.

What is the booth payment schedule for the 2021 ISPA Conference & Expo?

A deposit equal to 50% of total booth fees is due at the time of booth commitment. For exhibitors who previously secured a booth location, all deposits will be automatically transferred to the 2021 ISPA Conference & Expo. The new final payment deadline is Friday, February 5, 2021.

Is ISPA still taking booth reservations for the 2021 ISPA Conference & Expo?

Resource Partner members may sign on to exhibit at any time and will have the opportunity to select a booth location in the fall of 2020. A booth placement timeline will be released once an updated floor plan is finalized.

What is the schedule for the 2021 ISPA Conference & Expo?

When will the Exhibitor Kit be available?

The 2021 Exhibitor Kit will be made available to participating exhibitors in the fall of 2020.

What is the host hotel for the 2021 ISPA Conference & Expo?

The Sheraton Downtown Phoenix will be the host hotel for the 2021 ISPA Conference & Expo. The room booking link will be available soon at attendispa.com.

Is selling (cash & carry) permitted on the Expo floor?

The ISPA Conference & Expo is not a cash and carry show. Large volume order taking is encouraged, however, vendors may not complete sales by receiving payment and/ or delivering any product on the trade show floor or in the resort and convention areas. Orders may be taken for future delivery only.

Does ISPA allow hanging banners over booths?

ISPA does not currently permit overhead hanging signs or banner rigging in the exhibit hall. Exhibitors may hang banners (which comply with height guidelines) within their booth space; as long as ground supported or hanging from the booth structure.

Are there restrictions on who an exhibiting company can register to attend the event?

Yes. All registrants with an exhibiting company must be working solely on behalf of the exhibiting company during the event. Individuals who qualify as a buyer will need to register as an attendee. Registration badges are non-transferable, and attendees may not give their badge to another individual. All attendees are subject to photo ID verification and any violators may be removed from the ISPA Conference & Expo.

Can more than one company/brand be represented within a booth?

Exhibitors may not share booth space, nor assign, sell or sublet any part of its assigned space to another company. Full-service distributors, as well as organizations that fully own more than one product/service company may represent more than one brand within a booth only upon written permission from ISPA. Because exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities are available exclusively to ISPA members, all brands represented at the ISPA Conference & Expo must be active members in good standing.

What are the 2021 ISPA Conference & Expo dates?

The 2021 ISPA Conference & Expo will be held May 10-12, 2021.

Are hemp-based or CBD products allowed onsite at the Phoenix Convention Center?

There are no restrictions regarding legal hemp-based or CBD products within the Phoenix Convention Center. 

What are the anticipated costs of exhibiting at the ISPA Conference & Expo?

In addition to booth fees, exhibitors can anticipate the following expenses for the ISPA Conference & Expo:

  • Outfitting your booth – carpeting/finished floor (required), booths furnishings
  • Show services – electric, internet, booth cleaning, etc.
  • Shipping to and from the show
  • Material handling/drayage – Unloading, transporting, storing and reloading shipments and empty crates (required)
  • Personnel costs – Travel, hotel and ancillary costs for booth staff
  • Marketing and promotional items (pre-show marketing, samples)
